We are open Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We strive to answer all inquiries within 24 working hours during this time. Please avoid sending messages through multiple channels, as they are addressed in the order they are received.

A Designer Inspiration is a product inspired by a specific designer fragrance. It is important to note that it is not a replica or copy.

— About Our Products

All of our products are Parfums, which are the strongest scents available, offering long-lasting fragrance.

Yes, we use only vegan-friendly fragrance oils, and all of our products are cruelty-free. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Due to the higher oil content in all Parfums, including those from Omerta London, we recommend exercising caution when applying them to clothes. Please note that application is at your own risk.

To preserve the quality of your fragrances, store them out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures. Failure to do so may affect the product.

— Shipping & Returns

Unfortunately, our shipping process is automatic, so we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed.

Orders placed before 8 AM Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same working day. You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands, delivery may take an additional day.

Orders placed after 8 AM on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days. During offer periods, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. For international orders, please check your email confirmation for delivery times.

Please check the tracking link that was emailed to you at the time of dispatch (check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find it).

Please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged bottle(s), ensuring the bottle number is visible, and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at help@omertalondon.co.uk. We require sufficient photographic evidence to investigate the incident. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have completed our investigation. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Please compare your order confirmation with the order you received. If there are discrepancies, email help@omertalondon.co.uk with a picture of all the goods received, along with the packing slip. All errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Not a problem. We’ll get you covered! Please send an email to hello@omertalondon.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll assist you. We answer emails from 9 AM to 5 PM.

We accept returns within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We expect customers to test only a spray or two before returning. Bottles used more than this or outside our 30-day policy will be returned to you. Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a set for a refund; otherwise, we can only offer an exchange. Please contact our Customer Services Team at help@omertalondon.co.uk for further details.

For Home Reed/Car Diffusers, please retain the closure cap, as we will not be able to accept returns without it.

Please check your return tracking receipt to ensure we have received it, and send us a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within a week of receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.
